Very Nice and Functional

I purchased this hamper in the natural wicker color. It was very easy to put together. It only took me about 15 minutes. The instructions are clear all of the hardware needed is included. I highly recommend this hamper. I love the fact that it has casters on it and that it has a handle and I can wheel it straight to my laundry room.

Poor quality control

My hamper only arrived with three wheels, and one of the 3 wheels refused to thread correctly after numerous attempts. I had no desire to deal with returning the thing or dealing with third party customer service, so I thought I'd see how well it functioned with one missing wheel. The bolt for attaching one of the wheels ended up breaking due to over-tightening while cross-threaded (user error, I guess?). Very poor quality control. Some of the metal pieces arrived rusty, and the tools provided were borderline useless. At least it still functions as a hamper, but I'll have to get some felt pads for the metal feet to avoid scratching the floor.
