False Advertisement

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two office chairs, and while one matched the picture and description, the other was completely different—even though it had the same item number. I contacted customer service, but they were no help in resolving the issue. To give them another chance, I ordered a third chair, and once again, they sent the wrong one. I returned it in the same condition it was received and never even took it out of the box. Then I was told the chair was damaged when they received it, which is simply not true. Between receiving the wrong products multiple times , FALSE and dealing with unhelpful customer service, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Solid Chair at a Great Price

Just finished assembling the chair, super easy...took me about 30 mins and I was able to do it alone. The trickiest part was aligning the screws to connect the seat to the backrest. Chair sits a little hard, but supportive. The massage function is okay, the heat is nice! The plug and cord will likely get annoying though. Overall for the price, it's a great choice that looks good.
