Anchor Hocking 13 piece Oven Basic Bakeware set

This item was not packed very well and one of the measuring cups was broken. Because it is final sale, I cannot return the broken/non useable item. I have to throw it away.

Items arrived broken in packaging. There is no way to return or obtain a refund on macys.com. really disappointed

Miffed in Michigan

When the box arrived at the UPS store and I physically lifted the box, I heard the sound of broken glass. I opened the box and the tall measuring glass was shattered. It was not wrapped or shielded by cardboard. Again, I will not order on line again
