Love the color and the texture of this comforter! It’s plush and cozy and is warm without being too heavy. Would definitely recommend.

Never received the item
I ordered this comforter on July 25, and more than two weeks later it still has not shipped. The order has remained stuck in “Processing” the entire time. I contacted customer service to cancel the order. I was initially told that my refund had already been issued, but later I was informed that the cancellation was still under review and that I would need to wait another 3–5 business days. Because I never received the product, I cannot comment on its quality. However, the ordering and customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.
