Awful customer service! This is Macys????

I didn’t even get a chance to order out what I wanted. Says it’s not deliverable in my area. Ok so I call to talk to someone. This First lady I spoke to, so sweet, totally adorable but she has to transfer me to furniture sales. Even if I could get it in my area, I would not have bought it from her. Thought maybe she was having a bad day, gave the benefit of the doubt. Tried being cheerful but she made it so hard. I had to hang up. Very sad that I can’t spend my $800-2000 at Macy’s
