If I could give 0 stars I would

I purchased this watch for my partner and it arrived damaged. I contacted the brand's direct customer service as requested multiple times and received zero help or support from them. Instead of an offer to help fix the watch or provide a new one, they ghosted me completely and stopped responding. When I sent the item back for a return, they send ANOTHER watch instead of following the simple directions and refunding my purchase. Now I have to try and work with them again to get a return shipping label and I am not confident that the brand's customer service will pay attention this time. I would not recommend this product or this company. This is not reflective of Macy's, as all the communication has been with Stuhrling directly.

Looks luxurious

I’m really happy with my purchase. I loved the style and overall quality. I wish it had a better and more reliable movement. Nevertheless, it’s still a good choice when it’s discounted reasonably.
