Watch Band pins

I had not taken the watch out of the box until like 3 days ago to show my daughter and when I put it on the pins holding the band just came off!! like they are too small, not thick enough and don't hold the band together. And for my bad luck the cut off day to return was 6/07/26!!

Received display model all scratched up

This watch is beautiful, but unfortunately i got the display model or perhaps a returned used one. The band is all scratched up and the tag is dirty and dusty plus there is a black-out on the tag with a sharpie marker. What a disappointment with Macy’s South Coast Plaza, i hope to exchange it for one that is not used.

My Perfect Watch

This watch is beautiful and fits well after the sales associate took out several links for me. I had been searching for a watch with a square black face and a silver and gold metal band. Coach came through with the perfect watch.
