Buyer beware
I bought these shoes for my wedding, when I received them there were already signs of wear on the sole and heel. Looking at them further I saw that I received the pair that were on display, meaning that who knows how many others wore them before me. That would not have been an issue if there weren’t clear marks on use on the bottom but with the date so close there isn’t much I can do. I will not be buying coach products through Macy’s again.

Had to return.
First time, but i received used for sample for my purchase. The soles were faded and chipped. Had to return them when I went to pick up. I might reorder as they are meant for gift but truly disappointed. Wasted time and gas to receive used coach shoes/ heels.
Runs a size to a 1/2 size small. Had to return but otherwise perfect

uncomfortable fit
I just received my shoes and wore them form the parking lot to my office and my feet already hurt. Not only the sides of the shoes but also the front. I loosened the buckle to see if that would help the fit but then the shoe was then too loose.
