More Than Just A Toaster
I did not even need a toaster, but never owned a motorized one, so figured I would give it a try. It perfectly toasts regular or wheat bread, English muffins, bagels or frozen waffles to perfection! It noiselessly operates and even beeps when it's done so you will still get it while it's warm. I just wonder where has this thing been all my life. I'm loving my wonderfully browned breads!

Macys keeps shipping USED and Malfunctioning products. They label them as last chance so you are unable to return via the app!
Inconsistent toasting
One side of the toast is much darker than the other side.

really nice
this toaster is really nice and works great I love all the features it for different types of toasting and the price was good the only thing it doesn't have that my old toaster had is a retractable cord

Disappointing
I received this toaster last week. No matter which bread type I select (white or wheat) or toast number (3 or 2), it burns one side of the toast while the other seems fine. Sadly, Consumer Reports rated this toaster very favorably. My results and theirs are quite a bit different.

It’s pretty good toaster
I’ve had the toaster for a week. It’s a toaster and it does what it does very well, It’s a well made, extremely functional piece of equipment- on SALE @ Macy’s.😊

Lots of bells and whistles
I bought this to replace a 20 year old toaster, so I wasn't expecting so many bells and whistles. If it was just me, it wouldn't be a problem, but it's too complicated for someone with Alzheimer's, so my husband is not able to use it.
