Nice Design But Doesn't Work

This bag is lovely to look at. But using it proved difficult. It's stiff. It has a semi circle design which looks nice. But the stiff straps get in the way of getting to the pocket. I had to fight to put things in the bag pocket. I became frustrated and returned the bag. The design might work better (not sure) if the bag was bigger and/or the leather less stiff.
