We're excited every morning!
We are in love this espresso machine! There's a lot going on so it takes a few tries to get it exactly how you want it but when you do I love that you can save your settings. My only complaint would be that this model doesn't have a removable hopper. I didn't think about how we like decaf at night & can't switch the beans out. Other models do have hoppers that come out easily so I wish I had thought it through better. Beyond that, we love everything.

High quality espresso and user friendly!!
Super impressed with this machine. Although I was excited about the machine , it took me a while to open the box and set it up because I was feeling intimidated. However, when I finally turned it on-the screen prompted me to what I needed to do and it was so easy! I love that I didn’t have to read the full instruction manual to make a cup of coffee. Don’t be intimidated by this machine, it’s so easy to use! You can set up your profile and save your preffered drink so that you don’t have to go into settings each time. For example you can select what kind of coffee drink you’d like , the ounces of liquid and the strength. I chose an iced coffee with about 4 ounces of espresso and medium strength and poured it over some ice,milk and honey. When I was done I was like oh no how do I do the rinse cycle now? As soon as I went to turn the machine off it automatically does it for you. The last thing I will say is I love that it has a water filter so that you’re getting the best quality drink!

I love my new fully automatic espresso machine! The setup was simple and very quick! I love how easy it is to make any drink of my choice! I will be saving a lot of money! Coffee shop quality, without leaving the house!

Best thing ever! Bye Starbucks!
This has been the absolute best thing ever. I’ve saved so much in money from being my own barista. The design is sleek, modern, and perfect for my kitchen. The sizing isn’t as big as I thought’d it be and fits snuggly into my counter. The container form milk is decent sized, it’s pretty straightforward to clean and maintain. This utterly gagged me with how good it is!

Amazing Coffee Machine
I have never had a machine like this so I was excited to start using it. It works with both coffee grounds and coffee beans (I tried both) but I prefer using coffee beans. The touchscreen is pretty intuitive so there is a limited learning curve. My favorite feature is that you can customize your drink (ie strength, size, etc.) and save the personalized drink settings for multiple individuals for future use. I love the espresso and iced coffee while my husband likes an americano. An added bonus is the automated machine cleaning and maintenance reminders - all you have to do is clean the drip tray underneath the machine. I don’t know how the noise compares to other machines but it’s relatively quiet except when it’s cleaning itself. Overall, I have really enjoyed this and think it is well worth the price if you’re a big coffee drinker. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

My FAVORITE!
I received this KitchenAid Automatic Espresso machine to try and review. As a coffee aficionado, this is my FAVORITE! It’s super easy to use and clean. The setup was standard and the coffee tastes amazing! I picked a black matte color because it goes with my kitchen. It has many different features and a number of different espressos for you to make! One thousand percent recommended!!

Good for an Automatic!
I am giving this a 4 out of 5 for being good at what it is. Personally, for me if I were to choose an espresso machine, it would not have been fully automatic. I like to pull my espresso and steam my milk! But, this is fun and easy to use. I love that it does a rinse pretty regularly. It makes a beautiful espresso crema. It is pretty compact as well, but for my small apartment, it does take quite a bit of counter real-estate. I wish it would tell me when I am low on beans. I've definitely wasted some coffee by hearing it start to grind and then run out and not grinding anything. When I made lattes and coffee, it left more ounces of milk and coffee to be desired. I like a full 8 oz. It gave me 4 ounces max. Overall, I think this is a good product for what it is. But, I personally would go for a less automatic machine where I can fully customize my drink.

User friendly!
Very user friendly and easy to use as the machine guides you throughout the process. Love that it has several coffee options. Definitely enjoying my coffee!
