Love this stuff!

Was holding out for while bc of exuberant price tag but I consider this item definitely a treat worth the splurge. Deducted one star bc the pump is a little annoying. It dispenses a curtain amount which is not possible to easily control, so end up wasting some product (Chanel’s other items such as waterproof eye makeup remover and face toner tonic , don’t have this issue). Still I love this product!!! Happy I got it and feel it’s worth the bucks!

Gentle makeup remover

This product takes off makeup gently. I especially like it because I have sensitive and dry skin. Most other products are too harsh on my skin.it is not great for heavy eye makeup. I would also purchase the Chanel eye makeup remover.
