Damaged item received

The t-shirt had a small whole on the side and it is not returnable. I would think they would not sell damaged items.

BUYER BEWARE!

RUNS 2 SIZES SMALL. Ordered 4x when I'm usually a 3x with sufficient wiggle room. Will have to return, I guess. Fits too snug & afraid to launder with fear of even more shrinkage. Photo shows it lying on a Peanuts 4x tee. Clearly runs very, very small. Questioning other reviewer whose 4x is too big. Zero stars if option were available. Doesn't Macy's buyers take measurements?
