I recently picked up this item at Ulta and was super excited to first try out the hot and cold settings. I really need something that is as cold as my cheap facial ice roller I keep in the freezer. But mine doesn’t really get cold even in setting 3. The heat setting is wonderful but I need ice cold to depuff under eyes in the morning. Not sure if this I got a faulty product or it’s just not really what I consider cold. A cold soda can from the fridge would work better. I bought and returned the Thera Ice and heat wand that was much less expensive because the product didn’t get cold. I have yet to try the extraction tool.
The device works as described, but I found it much more time-consuming than expected. The cleaning and maintenance process after each use is cumbersome, making it difficult to fit into a busy daily routine. For me, the results did not justify the amount of time required.

At first I didn’t believe I was given this amazing skincare item for free for my review! I honestly waited way too long to try it and I wish I did the very day it came in the mail. I got over my block and I’m freaking in LOVE. I’m a skincare junkie who loves trying all the products. I do have facials once or twice a year and this has made my skin so radiant. Just after one use! I did the weekly glow routine and then the instachill. Holy cannoli I cannot wait to try the instachill right after waking up! It’s super easy to maintain. Charges easily. It’s compact. It’s pretty and it’s functional. I am so lucky to have been given this to review! Also it’s quiet and doesn’t make weird noises. If you have the opportunity to get this do it!

Yikes
Prior to this, my skin is actually the best it has ever been. I have an extensive skin care routine, and I rarely break out. I purchased this device because I love Shark/Ninja products and I wanted to spoil myself. I followed the directions on the packaging on how to do the facial. this morning I woke up and I am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and under my eyes, as well as my forehead. These are not the places that I would typically break out. I don’t even want to use it again as I’m not sure if it was irritation from the included products or from the device itself. I will be returning this. My skin looks awful. I work from home and am on Zoom all day, I don’t want to look like a 13 year old going through puberty when I am in fact, 39.

Salon feel at home. Solid investment
This is a great little machine for an at home hydro facial. My favorite feature is the hot and cooling and feel I will use that the most but the suction attachment is nice too. I was worried about purging as I have sensitive skin but that did not happen thankfully. I do wish the case snapped closed instead of just having a band around it and wish there was a compartment for the face products and additional attachments. It’s easy to set up, use and clean which is a plus in my busy life. All in all a very good product. Although pricy, will pay for itself over time as it will limit the number of spa treatments/visits.

I’ve really been enjoying this! It has been super easy to incorporate into my skincare routine and I’ve actually noticed a difference after using it now for a couple of months! My skin has a nice healthy glow, feels clean, and surprisingly does not leave my skin feeling irritated after. The lilac color is just the cherry on top 🍒 Definitely a skin care tool I will continuously reach for!
