Ordered 2 sets of this dinnerware; opened to find broken pieces of plates Now, I need to get into car and go to a store to return; one reason I had them delivered is because of my inability to get places easily.

I had 2 sets of these dishes delivered as it is very difficult for me to get to a store. Unfortunately, the first box arrived with broken plates, etc. I have not opened the second box since I will find a way to get to a Macy's to return. Consumer's time is important too; businesses seem to not care about that.
