Received a Used Product: Terrible Replacement Exp

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband, but Macy’s sent a used product. I wouldn’t recommend buying high value items from Macy’s: the replacement process was an absolute hassle. Customer service during the replacement was very sketchy, and multiple representatives gave completely different information about how it would be handled. In the end, instead of properly resolving the issue, they simply returned the product. Overall, this was a very frustrating purchase experience.
