Nice but not robust

I do like the necklace but two problems. The chain is not the same as shown, it has bigger loops and looks something out of Home Depot and second problem, the chain got disconnected when I was trying it. The loop connecting the chain to the pendant is so thin and clumsy, there’s no way it survives couple of usage. Sad but will return
