Disappointed

I have been using the original Hotel towels for years and found them to be excellent. I ordered these online thinking they would be a nice upgrade. I laundered them as directed. I never use fabric softener or dryer sheets. They are unbelievably soft and plush. I was so excited when I took them out of the dryer. But once I used the first on, I was so disappointed and annoyed at the fact that they are NOT as absorbent as my old ones. I think they are so tightly woven that there aren’t enough air pocket to adequately absorb water for hair or body. I returned them to a store today.

After time towels are ripping and getting holes.

I have the white towels and I’m on my fifth towel now that is falling apart. Really bummed out that this is happening. I’ve had to throw away several now and they are maybe two years old.

Poor finishing

For the most part this was a good towel. It is soft and absorbent. The problem was with the way the looped area meets the selvage. The loops were not as apparent and compact as those in other parts of the towel. After a few washes, I would think the loops near the selvage would become larger and separate. I would expect more from such an expensive towel.

Super Soft and Durable

Durable is the only way to describe these towels as I purchased the same towels in the same (similar) color before and for the price they cannot be beaten! These are super absorbent, like wrap around your head and viola, dry hair and they stay soft after many washes. Towels this soft typically lose their softness in the dryer after a year or so, not these, no lint loss in the dryer, and no harshness. Great value!

Super soft!

These towels are not 100% cotton, but have modal in them. They are the softest Hotel Collection we’ve had
