Sports viewing is terrible

Watching sports through the apps (YouTube TV, Peacock, Amazon Prime, doesn’t matter) is terrible. The frame rate is choppy and often cuts out. I’ve tried to play with all the settings, the only that worked was plugging in a fire tv stick.

We bought this product to get an improved picture and color quality over our 5 year old Vizio LED. We can not see any difference with this Vizio Quantum over the older Vizio LED
